Wellbeing for Organisations & Teams
Building the foundations of wellbeing for people to live well and succeed.
Whether I'm supporting a growing business, an established corporate team, or a purpose-driven organisation, my goal is always the same: build a culture that genuinely supports the people in it. I do this by looking at the Big Picture, understanding people and situations in their wider context, and the way an environment and the behaviours within it shape every part of a person's life.
Wellbeing work can often start with a big strategy document, a policy rewrite, or a staff survey people aren't always sure what happened to, before anyone has really had the chance to say what they need. I like to start smaller, and closer to the people involved. My work is grounded in the belief that small steps create big changes, so we begin with a workshop, not a proposal.

The Getting Clear on What Matters Workshop
This is where almost every partnership begins. Delivered in person and shaped to fit your team, whether that's a half-day session, a full day, or a short course over a few weeks, it's built around my signature 8 Components of Life framework: Physical Health, Mental Health, Relationships, Community, Education & Career, Finance, Personal Development, and Environment.
In the room, your team:
-
Reflects on what genuinely matters to them, at work and at home, now and looking ahead
-
Rates how satisfied they feel in each of the 8 areas, giving a clear picture of where things are going well and where support is needed
-
Identifies the areas that matter most to them right now, and what's within their control to change
-
Leaves with a personal action plan: practical, individual next steps they can start on straight away
What you get afterwards: an anonymised Staff Wellbeing Assessment report, baseline satisfaction scores across all 8 components, themed feedback on where people need support, and clear, evidence-based priorities for your organisation, so you can see where to focus with confidence.
Many of the priorities that come out of this are about how the wellbeing support you already have, whether that's an EAP (Employee Assistance Programme), existing policies, or other resources, is being used, communicated, and felt by your people, before we look at anything new. It may be there and simply isn't landing the way it could yet. Where new investment genuinely is the right answer, you'll know exactly why.
It's a single, contained session, easy to say yes to. It also gives us both a genuine, data-backed starting point if we go on to work together further.
Continuing Our Work Together
Some organisations stop there, with a workshop, a report, and a clear internal plan, and that's a good outcome. Others want support carrying it through, and the business case for doing so is strong: Deloitte's research on mental health and employers found that proactive workplace wellbeing initiatives return an average of £5.30 for every £1 invested, rising to £6.30–£7.30 for targeted, organisation-wide programmes.
For that, I offer a phased partnership:
Review: We use your workshop findings (or run a fresh assessment) to properly understand the landscape: what's working, what isn't, and what your people actually need.
Refresh: Together we build the structural pieces: wellbeing policies, communication structures, and staff guidance that reflect a genuine commitment, not a tick-box exercise.
Restart: We embed it, with team wellness programmes, leadership and 1:1 coaching, and workshops that turn the new approach into how things actually get done.
This part of the work is bespoke, and priced accordingly. We'll only get here once we know it's the right fit.
