Important Summary: Payment & Rates: Paid in advance via our 3-tier model (Community, Standard, Pay-it-Forward). Bundles must be used within specified timeframes. Cancellation Fees: More than 7 days' notice = 0% fee | 7 days to 48 hours = 50% fee | Under 48 hours = 100% non-refundable. Consumer Rights: Includes a statutory 14-day cooling-off period (less any sessions already delivered). You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate, and a completed Health Questionnaire is required prior to your first paid session.
